Pro golfer Mianne Bagger won regional titles in Australia but never won a tournament championship after joining the womens pro tour. Mosier also became the first known transgender athlete to compete in the Olympic Trials in the gender with which they identify, and the first trans man to make a men's Olympic Trials, when he competed in January 2020 in the US Olympic Team Trials in the 50k Racewalking event. At the high school level, Terry Miller won the girls 200-meter dash at Connecticuts state open championship track meet.
