Trugym chatham disgraceful customer service.ThIs gym was still not open dispite date after date of saying it would be.using the excuse it's a health and safety issue.For a company that has fingers in a number of pies mostly gyms,you would think they would get it right.To make matters worse they only informed some members I have been trying to contact them for a refund for months and have been completely ignored. Even a reminder email could have helped, Never join this gym, Its not good. Staff are brilliant and very helpful. It's not worth the membership money.You are better off going to the non-contract gyms you can cancel anytime and who also have new and maintained equipment. Dont join the gym. They closed them for new drainage, but there are still issues with some not having locks that work or hooks.Also, there is broken and damaged equipment that has not be sorted for some time now.Never see staff either.This is why they are so cheap, but they have some good classes, although you have to check each week as it does not seem to be consistent, Staff not so friendly And poor knowledge Dont approach to see if you are ok to offer better techniques.
