Trugym chatham disgraceful customer service.ThIs gym was still not open dispite date after date of saying it would be.using the excuse it's a health and safety issue.For a company that has fingers in a number of pies mostly gyms,you would think they would get it right.To make matters worse they only informed some members I have been trying to contact them for a refund for months and have been completely ignored. Even a reminder email could have helped, Never join this gym, Its not good. Staff are brilliant and very helpful. It's not worth the membership money.You are better off going to the non-contract gyms you can cancel anytime and who also have new and maintained equipment. Dont join the gym. And maybe something on the wall with ideas for kettle bells and how to use the other equipment as there is a lot that I am not sure how to use.
