those damn marker lights on the roof are some times the problem ,check them out also .

If you find your problem on the windshield, just silicone it until you can get someone to fix it with their sealer stuff.

check you sun roof for complete seal when closing. Everytime it rains the front passanger side underneeth the floor mat gets soaking wet and also when I go to stop I hear water moving somewhere.

I also took off the outside larger light and the grommet is sealed up fromt he previous owner where they ran the XM radio antenna wire through it.
